Standard on Kids (4–8) and Big Kids (9–12) plates. Tell us in your booking notes and we'll leave them off.
- Soy — tamari (gluten-free soy sauce) in the fried rice and stir-fry.
- Sesame — in the yum yum sauce (skip the sauce to remove).
- Shellfish — only if you pick the shrimp protein option. Chicken is fully shellfish-free.
Dedicated grill zone
Kids plates cook on a section scraped and re-oiled immediately before their portion hits the grill.
Shellfish last
Shrimp, lobster and scallops are cooked at the end of service on a re-cleaned grill so juices never touch other proteins.
Dedicated utensils
Each protein gets its own spatula, tongs and plating brush — nothing is reused between allergens.
We cook in shared kitchens and cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. If a diner has a severe or anaphylactic allergy, tell us in your booking notes and we'll confirm what we can safely serve before your event.
