What dates are you currently booking?

We book year-round, Monday through Sunday. Prime Saturdays in season (April–October) fill 6–8 weeks out; weekdays and off-season Sundays often open inside two weeks. Send your date and we'll confirm availability within 24 hours.

How far in advance should we reserve?

Two or more weeks is ideal, and 4–6 weeks for weddings or parties over 50 guests. Last-minute inquiries are welcome — if the calendar allows, we'll make it happen.

Where do you travel in South Carolina & Georgia?

Across the Lowcountry and Coastal Georgia: Hilton Head, Bluffton, Palmetto Bluff, Beaufort, Fripp, Dataw, Callawassie, Okatie, Ridgeland, Hardeeville and Sun City in SC — plus Savannah, Tybee Island, Richmond Hill, Pooler, Skidaway and Wilmington Island in GA. Travel is included within our core radius; a modest fee applies for Fripp, Tybee and outer-island stops.

What happens after I request a quote?

Within 24 hours you'll receive a personal reply confirming your date, a tailored quote with your chosen experience and any add-ons, and a short list of clarifying questions (venue, dietary needs, timing). Approve the quote, we send a Square invoice with a small deposit to lock the date, and we take it from there — final payment settles after your evening.

Is there a minimum guest count?

No minimum — we cater intimate dinners for two just as beautifully as full backyard parties. Share your headcount when you request a quote and we'll tailor the experience.

What do we need to provide?

Just the drinks you'd like to pair with your meal — that's it. We bring everything else: tables, chairs, place settings, the grill, all ingredients, the chef, and every tool the performance needs. Full setup and full breakdown are included, so your evening is completely hassle-free.
