Your chef, mobile grill, cooking equipment, selected proteins, fried rice, vegetables, salad, sauces and live performance. Standard uses your dining setup. Full-Service adds tables, chairs, disposable dinnerware, setup and breakdown.

Provide drinks, property permission and a safe permitted cooking location. With Standard service, also provide tables, chairs and dinnerware.

Select at least 10 paid hibachi meals. Smaller parties can select additional Moon, Sun or Eclipse meals without adding guests or seating charges.

Moon $65, Sun $85 and Eclipse $110 per adult, plus the included Chef Scheduling Fee ($200 through 25 guests; $300 for 26 or more guests), selected setup, add-ons and a 20% Event Service Charge on food and setup. Tax and travel are verified before the final invoice.

Standard setup is $0; you provide guest tables, chairs and dinnerware. Full-Service is $300 through 15 guests, plus $15 each above 15, including dining setup and breakdown.

Yes. The mandatory 20% Event Service Charge supports menu preparation, ingredient coordination, chef and staff scheduling, administrative planning, on-site service management and operational cleanup. It is retained by Sun & Moon Catering and is not a gratuity. No automatic gratuity is included.

Booking estimates are before tax and travel. Applicable tax is verified for your event jurisdiction and line items, then shown separately on the final invoice; no universal rate is assumed.

Pay during booking after reviewing your selections and terms: 50% of the pre-tax/pre-travel estimate unless an approved deposit exception applies. The deposit is credited toward the final verified invoice, and your booking confirms when payment succeeds.

The remaining balance is due immediately after service. Your 50% deposit is applied toward the complete invoice.

Yes. Your estimate is based on the count you give us, and we confirm the final guest count with you before your event. Your invoice is adjusted to the confirmed count.

The grill needs a safe, well-ventilated spot that stays dry — a covered patio, garage opening or lanai usually works. Contact us as soon as the forecast turns and we'll agree on the plan for your specific location together.

Yes. Please confirm with your host or property manager that on-site cooking is permitted before your event date, and let us know if they need any documentation from us.

We need room to set up the grill safely away from walls, railings and overhangs, plus space for your guests to be seated around it. Tell us where you'd like the grill and we'll confirm it works before your event.

Yes. Tell us about any dietary needs or allergies when you book and we'll prepare accordingly, including separate utensils and surfaces on request.

Full-Service includes tables, chairs, disposable dinnerware, setup and breakdown. With Standard service, you provide guest dining setup.

Availability is checked before deposit payment. Pay the estimated deposit during booking; tax and travel are verified for the final invoice.

Your payment is verified on our side against Square directly, so a missing email never means a missing reservation. Call us at (843) 540-1433 and we'll confirm your reservation and resend everything.

At least 72 hours before the event, cancellation forfeits only the deposit. Less than 72 hours before the event, the remaining unpaid invoice balance becomes due, subject to accepted terms and applicable law. Separate authorization is required for saved-card collection.
